By request of Alastair, here are the band camp photos. Below are 45 of the 85 good photos that were taken during camp. If you wish to have the rest of the higher-resolution photos, MSN me.

7.00 - 8.00: Before fall-in

Picture 1: Before-fall-in activities include kicking a ball around. I believe it's called soccer. Indoor soccer.

8.00: FALL IN!!!

Picture 2: Being a Sec 4 feels good. As a Sec 4, I can take photos of fall-in!

8.10 - 9.10: Group Activities

Picture 3: The very first group activity is always... bag check!

9.10 - 13.00: Sectionals + Concert

Picture 4: Jerald posing for the camera

Picture 5: Sky on Timpani

Picture 6: My fan club!! It seems they have become so obsessed with me that they decided to emulate my signature move.

Picture 7: The only decent shot of concert prac that I managed to get.

13.00 - 14.00: Lunch

All our meals were catered for us courtesy of Aunty Azah. Thank you very much Aunty Azah~!

Picture 8: After some hard work, it's time for a well deserved lunch!

Picture 9: A wrong example of how Sec 4s should behave.

14.00 - 18.00: More hardcore concert

Picture 10: Lucas/Mr Oura wannabe

18.00 - 19.00: Dinner

19.00 - 21.30: Station Games

Since I took the Quizzicato station, I can only give pictures in the atrium =S

Picture 11: Planning for station games.

Picture 12: More behind-the-scenes. Wasabi!

Picture 13: The 16-pronged star

Picture 14: Locational advantage: somewhere to put your documents without them being peeked by the groups.

Picture 15 (Grp 1)

Picture 16 (Grp 2)

Picture 17 (Grp 3): My group =) Enthusiasm literally RADIATES from this photo.

Picture 18 (Grp 4)

Picture 19 (Grp 5)

Picture 20 (Grp 6)

Picture 21 (Grp 7)

Picture 22 (Grp 8)

Picture 23 (Grp 9)

Picture 24 (Grp 10)

21.30 - 22.30: "Emo Talk"

Picture 25: This was the shot I could take... without flash.

22.30 - 0.00: BedTime

Us Sec 4s got to share one room (unlike that Putrajaya trip, where I ended up being an outcast).

Picture 26: After a long hectic day, everyone's tired. DBMs inclusive. Look at that yawn!

Picture 27: Great minds at battle.

Picture 28: James setting up his lovely bed.

Picture 29: James lying down on his lovely bed.

6.30 - 7.30: WAKEY WAKEY

AUGH! Someone left the aircon overnight. Now the classroom's FREEZING COLD. Want evidence?

Picture 30: Bryan awake, in sleeping bag

Picture 31: We warmly welcome the newest member of my fan club.

Picture 32: Arms in Body.

7.30 - 8.00: PT

7 laps around 3rd floor
15 pushups
15 crunches
15 squats
10 sets of jumping jacks
5 compass star jumps

Probably one of the most intense PTs since Sec 2.

8.00 - 8.45: Breakfast

Food.

Picture 33: Yum yum bee hoon!

8.45 - 12.15: Sectionals + Concert

More random photos...

Picture 34: Clarinets at work.

Picture 35: Percs say cheese! =D

Picture 36: The casing for the ping-pong balls used in the "Divine Wind" station. Apparently it was written in Chinglish.

Picture 37: The reaction you get when someone whacks the gong.

12.15 - 1.30: Lunch

1.30 - 4.30: Movie Screening

Two movies were shown: Riverdance and Billy Elliot.

4.30 - 9.15: Section Stuff

Picture 38: Smile! You're on candid camera!

Picture 39: Dinner was at Pastamania. There were a whopping SEVEN sections squeezing into one small little outlet.

Picture 40: Cannibalism.

Lucas!!nice job for react..at least we managed to get thru the 7/8 without any deaths...jerald, dunt be sad k..or emo..or depressed..i dunt think tt being that will help the other batches put more faith in our abilities...REACT was basically not too bad...at least the friendship dance that was so fail was replaced..YAYY..clap clap...no need to act gay anymore...the next big event for us will be Prometheum..like investiture and REACT, please suggest as many nice/emo/pop/happy/high songs as possible to Russell so that we can play different songs for prometheum, other than the normal songs, e.g. Carmen, Carnival, Bandwagon, Whistle...so ya...search for nice songs and suggest them so that the LD can find/borrow/buy/steal the scores..lol...then NBC...2nd for us...dunt think anyone of you guys have forgotten that moment in Victoria that day...try to banish it with a nicer memory...in any case, its back to reality for us...we are the new leaders, lets try something new and make the band better..GO!!!JIAYOU!!

BandsMen ~ 10:30 PM

well guys.. there goes the last REACT for us.
and ya.. this post is in hope of reviving our more or less dead blog xD
harhar..
but anyways. hope we got some pleasant memories from REACT.
well..
all i can say is, jia you to our batch.
guys, never forget. we are now the OFFICIAL leaders of the band.
to our dear BM and DBM, well all the best..
hopefully we all do our jobs well. kk..
BM, DBM, remember, the whole batch is behind you :P
you have our support.
oh ya guys. well. about our playing.
If it is any time to buck up, it is NOW.
remember our sec 4s standard. we must catch up..
Prometheum XII is the main event for our batch next year,
so, all the best, ya?
do the band proud :P
we can do it!!
GO US!!

cheers,
LuCas

ps. Jerald cheer up :P we're here for you

BandsMen ~ 9:05 PM

ok so maybe REACT wasn't as fun because of the stupid rain =(, but whatever it is, good job lucas!

and i really wanna thank you all for being so so so supportive and handling stuff in the morning, couldn't have done it without you all (abit obvious lol). the vibes crisis is quite emo to me since its one of our babies, but ok lesson learnt don't ever ever roll stuff on that kind of floor.

well i guess we got a few more stuff to sort out before we can start on prometheum! go rimb'08!

Jerald.

08 posts for the '08 blog! (This post was meant to be a revival.)

Anyway we have our investiture pieces, they won't be easy. We need to put in much more effort. Sec 4s are leaving soon, we're taking over the band in terms of leadership and technical aspects. Big, big task ahead. Interviews are starting next week, and investiture is really not far ahead.

Are we all prepared?

--Ben =)
